A small hole does not always mean a new tire

A nail or screw puncture in the tread area can usually be repaired, and a repair costs far less than a new tire.

Before starting we check where the damage is and how large it is. If the sidewall or the casing is damaged, a repair is not safe and we recommend replacing the tire.

We clean the damage, repair the hole and check that the tire holds air. Suitable for nail and screw punctures in the tread area.

Valve replacement

We replace a broken or leaking valve so the tire keeps the right pressure.

Damage assessment

If a tire cannot be repaired safely, we say so plainly and, if you wish, help you find a replacement.

Frequently asked questions – tire repair

Is every tire repair safe?
A repair is safe when the damage is in the tread area and the casing is intact. We do not repair sidewall damage or large cuts – in those cases we recommend replacing the tire.
How much does repairing one tire cost?
A tire repair costs 35 € and a single wheel change 30 €. Done during a tire change, there is no call-out. If you order only a single-wheel job, a 20 € call-out applies; a same-day emergency call-out costs 65 €.
How do I order a tire repair?
Call or write to us and describe what happened to the tire. We agree on a time and come to you with the tire van. The work needs a flat, hard surface and free access to the car.
Does a repaired tire need balancing?
If the tire was taken off the rim for the repair, we balance the wheel again after refitting it.
